About You and This Site

I have designed this site for two groups of people: the general public wishing to get a glimpse of the world of neurosurgery and medical professionals interested in neurosurgery, including residents and medical students. To keep it interesting, I plan to keep this site focused around images; i.e. surgical photographs, videos, and radiological images from my own archives.

For medical professionals, I have a section labeled “What is the Diagnosis.” Each week, I plan to post an interesting case that I have encountered in my practice. I will ask for a diagnosis and/or treatment plan and will post the answer after I have received a couple of responses. We will see how it goes. At a minimum, I expect it to be an educational tool for residents and senior medical students.

How this site evolves over time will depend on the input I receive from its visitors. If you have an idea about improving this site, please let me know. If you are a neurologist or neurosurgeon who has an interesting case that you wish to post on this site, please contact me at doctor@pakzaban.com.

I hope you find this site interesting. I look forward to your comments.
