Description:
Send a secret message with your iPhone to your friends and family along with a picture that serves as the encryption key. They will use the picture to decipher your message. Use one of your own photos or a pre-loaded image in this app and send it to your recipient via your iPhone's texting (Messages) app. Decipher the messages you receive either by using the app or by using the decipher extension (integrated iMessage app) inside the Messages app.
Developer:
Peyman Pakzaban
Send a coded message:
Tap the "Animal Talk" button. Enter your message in the message box, then tap on an animal or object. You will be taken to the Messages app where you can enter the recipient(s) and send.

Decipher a coded Message
Copy the coded message received in the text. Open the Cipher Zoo app. Tap Decipher. Tap on the same animal or object that accompanied the received message to decipher it.

Decipher inside the Messages app
You can decipher the messages you receive directly inside the iPhone's texting (Messages) app by using Cipher Zoo's iMessage app extension that is installed along with your app.
Inside the Messages app, open the iMessage app drawer (tap on the App Store icon). Find the Cipher Zoo icon and tap on it. Copy the received message and select the correct image from the image picker.

Pig Latin, Dog Latin, Cat Latin:
The animals wearing glasses speak “Latin,” while the others communicate in secret codes that are decipherable only by the app. Here are the mock Latin rules in case you want to decipher the messages without using the app:
Pig Latin:
1. If the word starts with a vowel, add 'way' at the end.
2. If the word starts with a consonant or consonant cluster, move the consonants to the end of the word and add 'ay.'
Example: This is a great app -> is-Thay is-way a_way eat-gray app-way
Dog Latin:
Same rules as Pig Latin, expect use 'woof' for words starting vowels and 'oof' for those starting with consonants.
Example: This is so much fun -> is-Thoof is-woof o-soof uch-moof un-foof.
Cat Latin:
Same as above, except use 'meeow' and 'eeow.'
Example: I need to practice my Cat Latin -> I-eeow eed-neeow o-teeow actice-preeow my-eeow at-ceeow atin-leeow.
Game Idea:
Sit around with a group of friends and take turns texting the group in one of the mock Latin languages. See who can decipher the message first without using the decipher feature of the app.
Add you own Photos
A fun feature is the ability to replace the preloaded images with your own images. Tap on the customization gear and follow the instructions. Just make sure you use an image that shows the same animal/object, so that your recipient can decipher your message. For example, you can replace the dog image with a picture of your own dog. The recipient will recognize that the message is coded in dog code and will tap on his/her own picture of a dog to decode it.
